2. Cashback Request Procedure

  • To claim the cashback, customers must have used Zaroog Hair Oil for a continuous period of 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • After the 3-month period, customers must submit a formal cashback request within 10 days.
  • The cashback request must include:
    • Before and after images: Customers must provide images of their hair taken before starting to use Zaroog Hair Oil and after completing the 3-month usage period or
    • A Trichoscan report that shows the condition of your hair before and after using Zaroog for 3 months.
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
    • A proof of image or video demonstrating daily usage of Zaroog Herbal Oil over the past 3 months.
  • The product must be returned within the 15-day window after the completion of the 3-month usage period.
  • Customers must also provide their full name, contact details, and a reason for dissatisfaction when requesting the cashback.

3. Refund Conditions

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging.
  • The cashback will be processed within 15 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • The refund will be issued via the original method of payment or through an agreed alternative.

4. Exclusions

  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers or distributors are not eligible for the cashback offer.
  • Products received as promotional items or gifts are not eligible for refunds.

5. General Terms
